Oyster Mushroom "Bacon Bits"

These little vegan mushroom bacon bits are small but mighty!!!

They have a convincing crispy & meaty texture of bacon, very smokey, with a maple & umami flavor profile - lingering spicy-chipotle finish. Since becoming Vegan, I miss good BBQ. I think these little guys satisfy in a similar way.

Many who have tried them tell me that they vanish before adding them to food… though they should be at home in most of the places you’d expect: baked potatoes, salads, omelets -
